Located on the top floor of a Belle Epoque style villa, this very charming apartment near the beach enjoys a beautiful sea view. Comforts include air conditioning and an enclosed garage. The property is ideal for discovering Nice with its great old town and the Promenade des Anglais. In the park, in addition to a large children's playground, there are the remains of an old castle and a medieval cathedral. Below the villa, in addition to several quality restaurants and small bistros that serve seafood dishes to their guests, there is also the Sailing Club of Nice with a private beach and a restaurant and terrace where you can benefit from a beautiful panorama. A few hundred meters away there are several small swimming spots between the rocks, from which you can enjoy equally spectacular views of the coast. You will stay right by the old port and you can also reach the pedestrian areas of the city on foot. Nice offers a public bicycle rental system, the so-called Vélo Bleu. Along the sea, a developed bicycle path connects Nice with Antibes. This path is lined with long beaches. There is something going on in Nice at any time of the year: exhibitions, festivals, concerts, a variety of museums and, last but not least, the popular carnival. Few steps lead to the villa and the apartment.
