The Jay Hotel by HappyCulture is situated just 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais with its legendary beaches and palm trees. It is the best starting point to explore the exciting attractions of this beautiful city, the capital of the French Riviera, such as the Russian Orthodox Church, the Gallo-Roman square at Cimiez, its museums dedicated to Matisse and Chagall, the famous MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) and the fascinating Palais Lascaris, a masterpiece of Genoese style with a baroque interior. The 35 apartments have bath/WC, living room, separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe and air conditioning. The studios are similary furnished, but do not have a separate bedroom.

• Cleaning and change of sheets/towels in the apartments 1 day/week (only for stays of 7 nights or more).
• Beds are made only for the arrivals.
• Extra cleaning and change of towels/sheets is available for extra fee (on request from reception).
• For stays of less than 7 nights cleaning service is only for extra fee (to be paid directly in the hotel).
• An indemnity deposit is to be paid locally upon arrival (200 EUR); deposit will be refunded accordingly at the end of the stay.
