Beautiful terraced house on two floors in the popular Kongsmark on Rømø. You live in the area Gl. Færgehavn in Kongsmark. Before the dam was built, Gl. a Færgehavn was the hub in passenger and goods traffic. The house is very attractively located and close to the Wadden Sea. It is well furnished and from the living room on the second floor you have a beautiful view of fields, the mudflats, the dam and Havnebyvej. From the owner there are binoculars in the house to watch birds. A good staircase leads to the sleeping loft where there are two mattresses for sleeping. On the first floor you will find a luxury bathroom with whirlpool and showers. One bedroom is located on the first floor.
