The house has a practical open kitchen to the living room, which serves as the heart of the house and provides space for socializing and coziness. Make yourself comfortable by the fireplace, for which there is also a child safety gate in the house. A high chair is also available. Both inside the house and from the beautiful terraces you have a view over the countryside and the sea. A heat pump and air conditioning provide a pleasant indoor climate.

It is nice and quiet here and you can reach the child-friendly sandy beach on foot. The area is centrally located if you want to explore the many attractions. Among others Mols Bjerge National Park and Helgenæs, but also Djurs Summerland or Ebeltoft with its cozy stores and small streets. The area offers a rich fauna, on the property you can observe pheasants, hares, squirrels and much more. The surrounding area is ideal for beautiful walks.
