Set in 30 acres of farmland on an acre site in quiet & peaceful countryside with mature gardens, yet only 300 metres from the Dunmore Road (R684).

Our Breakfast Menu is famous for its scrumptious & wholesome variety & whenever possible homemade & organic. Tea and Coffee making facilities are available in the spacious Guest Lounge.

Just 5.5km from lively Waterford city and set upon 30 acres of farmland, guests can enjoy the best of rural and city life at the house. Guests are ideally placed to enjoy great beaches, golf, angling, walking and horse riding, as well as a wealth of restaurants and bars. Host Susan Bailey-Daunt provides delicious breakfasts of organic, local produce, and is a fluent German speaker.
