Right at the entrance of the small winegrowing village of Cesseras (Hérault), quite far from the road, this spacious and comfortable villa is situated on a large private wooded plot. From here you have a delightful view of the surrounding vineyards. The pool can be heated on request. The house and pool are surrounded by terraces and atmospheric lighting. The interiors are pleasant and warm, the terrace faces south and is partially covered. Ideal for those who like tranquility.
The village is 5 km from Olonzac and close to the Canal du Midi. The weekly market on Tuesday mornings is one of the most famous in the region. Also visit the green theater of Cesseras, its public garden and the archaeological museum. A picturesque winegrowing village with all amenities.
15 minutes away is the beautiful lake, Lac de Jouarrès, a pristine and quiet place with beach and shady pine forest, near the port of Minervois on the Canal du Midi. Renting canoes or visiting the water park (open July and August from 10 am to 8 pm) as well as fishing (for all audiences) and hiking are great pastimes.
You are in the heart of a magnificent region with a variety of places to discover: the Cathar sites, the Corbières, the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, as well as beautiful towns and villages within 40 km.
Or enjoy a massage at the Jardin de Saint Benoît 40 minutes away. For the active, there are many trails for wonderful walks or bike rides. This beautiful region is an interesting destination at any time of the year. It will charm you with its landscapes and beautiful colors. From September to November and April to May it is especially impressive.
