The house is accessible from several points on the terrace. Inside, the living room with large sofa, TV and fireplace offers a relaxing retreat. A semi-circular corridor leads to the dining area, which is connected to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a small seating area. A double bedroom and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, while upstairs there are two further bedrooms (one with a walk-in wardrobe) and a second shower room.

Slightly elevated and attractively south-facing, the stylishly furnished finca "Turo del Sol" sits on a 1,100 m² plot around 10 kilometres north of Portocolom. The shops, bars and restaurants along the harbour promenade of Portocolom are well worth a visit. The beautiful beaches of the east coast can be reached in a short time from this holiday home on Mallorca, also due to its location on a small road. A perfect place to enjoy privacy and good infrastructural connections.
