Late Check-In Policy:

1. Regular check-in time: 3:00 PM 9:00 PM
2. Guests must notify us before 9:00 PM if they plan to check in late.
3. If guests fail to inform us by 9:00 PM, we reserve the right to deny check-in.
4. Check-in after 12:00 AM without prior notice will be considered as No Show.
5. Late check-in charges apply: RM20 per hour (any delay less than 1 hour will be rounded up to 1 hour).

Late Check-Out Policy:

1. Check-out time: 11:00 AM
2. Late check-out starts after 11:00 AM
3. Additional charge for late check-out: RM20 per hour (Any delay less than 1 hour will be rounded up to 1 full hour)

Special Reminder:

1. This is a tourist spot, Parking(MDCH) is required to be paid every day.
2. 8am-6pm, 0. 60/hour

4. A deposit is mandatory and must be paid before check-in

Guest Policy: Each unit allows only 1 additional infant or child (02 years old) free of charge. Children aged 26: RM20 per night per child. Children aged 711: Extra mattress required, RM40 per night per child. Subject to room availability some units cannot accommodate extra mattresses. If needed, guests will be advised to book an additional room. Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults.
