Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table, electric heating and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (70 cm), 1 x 1 bunk beds (length 150 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates). Shower/WC. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: mosquito net. Please note: non-smokers only. Large, child friendly holiday village "Residence Village". 3 km from the centre of Cavallino Treporti, 5 km from the centre of Lido di Jesolo, 350 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property 8 ha (fenced), 2 swimming pools kidney-shaped (depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May.-30.Sep.). Children's pool, slide, outdoor shower, beach volleyball, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi (extra). Shopping facilities, kiosk, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Supermarket 50 m, ferry "Punta Sabbioni" 13 km, sandy beach 350 m. Nearby attractions: Venezia 45 km. Please note: entertainment in the season. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates. The estate is not open for cars from 11 pm until 7 am and from 1 pm until 3 pm.
