Upstairs there are three further, similarly furnished bedrooms (two with single beds), all with access to fresh air. The shared hallway leads to the roof terraces. With Badia dAlcúdia on one side and Cala Ratjada on the other, you are surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches and coves in Mallorca! A (still) quiet village without extensive hotel complexes invites you to take a stroll along its harbour promenade, the Paseo Marítimo: restaurants such as Blau Marí and Es Vivers offer a view of the water while you dine. The almost 2 km long sandy area of Son Serra de Marina in the direction of Colònia de Sant Pere offers plenty of sunny spots for everyone and the favourable winds allow surfers to jump on their boards. Mountain bikers and hikers are more likely to head for Betlem in the mountains or north of Artà in the Parc natural de la Península de Llevant. And those looking for a truly exceptional holiday experience will find a wide range of entertainment in Can Picafort, around 20 km away, or perhaps go horse riding in Rancho Grande Park.

Close to the sea! This white, two-storey villa with its spacious (balcony) terraces is located on the edge of the residential area of Colònia de Sant Pere on the eastern foothills of Badia dAlcúdia. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a few hundred metres away and the mini bathing area, protected by breakwaters, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The drive to the (surf) beach of Son Serra de Marina or Artà takes around 15 minutes; hikers should set off from Betlem.
