Disney Area Platinum Homes are a step up from the Executive Plus range, adding extra touches for a more comfortable Orlando stay. These 46 bedroom homes sleep up to 812 guests and are set in residential communities across Kissimmee, Davenport, Haines City and Clermont, within around 22 miles of Walt Disney World Resort. Each includes Wi-Fi, a complimentary welcome pack on arrival, and a private screened swimming pool with a sun deck and outdoor furniture.
Homes include a lounge, master bedroom TV, linens and towels, plus in-home laundry and an iron/ironing board. Some offer an in-villa games room or spa, and a BBQ is available at extra cost; stays of 14 nights+ include a complimentary mid-stay clean. Pool heating is available at extra charge. Florida law requires online registration and a $8/day Property Protection Fee (cap $120) to download the voucher about 5 days before arrival.
