The well-equipped summer kitchen has an elevated position and therefore a view of the pool. Here you will find a fridge and a dining table so that you can also enjoy your meals outdoors. The middle level of the villa has an open concept and consists of a living room with SAT TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with high quality kitchen appliances. Here you will also find a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The top floor is reserved exclusively for bedrooms. Here you will find 3 further bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, 2 of the 3 bedrooms also have a sofa bed, which can be used as an additional sleeping option.

In 18km you will find the town of Buzet with an interesting offer of hiking tours leading to Hum - the smallest town in the world. Buzet is known worldwide as the "town of truffles", as the forests next to the river Mirna are particularly rich in truffles. Buzet has been inhabited since prehistoric times.
