This apartment hotel is situated 35 km from Dax, 38 km from Bayonne and 45 km from Biarritz, and is built around a 60-hectare saltwater lake. The country house is 500 metres from the lake and 1.7 km from the ocean. Guests will find shops and bus and train stations in the town centre, approximately 1.5 km from the bungalow complex. The Environmental Museum is around 5 km from the hotel and the nature reserves are roughly 10 km away.

The apartments and little buildings are spread over a 5-hectare complex. The complex offers access to cyberspace with fee-paying WLAN Internet hotspots.
