Built in a contemporary-modern style, Villa Pinea can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, is fully air-conditioned and provides an escape from the stresses of everyday life. Covering an area of 240 m², it has a total of 4 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), one of which is located on the ground floor and the remaining 3 on the upper floor. All bedrooms have 4 en-suite bathrooms with showers. On the ground floor of the villa, you can relax in a beautifully furnished living room consisting of a corner sofa, a TV, a coffee table and a PlayStation, which will surely delight even the youngest guests. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. In the modern and equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your family's favourite dishes. The special thing about Villa Pinea is the fact that it has a sea view from all rooms. On the outdoor terrace you will find the opportunity for a pleasant refreshment during the day or in the evening in a heated infinity pool of 24 m2, 1.5 m deep, next to which there are 8 sun loungers where you can sunbathe in peace and enjoy the sea. Next to the pool there is a seating area with a table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. You can also prepare classic traditional Dalmatian dishes on the outdoor gas grill and enjoy tasting them at the outdoor dining table with 8 seats. A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are available in a separate room and you can use a separate toilet. If you are travelling with children, a food dispenser and a baby cot are available. The villa has 3 private parking spaces in its own courtyard. Petrane is a place with beautiful beaches near the city of Zadar, many olive groves, pine trees and vineyards. They are a favourite picnic spot and definitely offer you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Many historical remains have been found in Petrane, such as the church of St Bartula from the 12th century. Today, Petrane is a well-known tourist resort that has developed agriculture and viticulture as its most important economic sector.
